At the latest Commissioners’ Meeting held on 25 September 2025, the Board resolved to change the frequency of their Board Meetings from fortnightly to monthly, with immediate effect.
It was agreed that meetings would remain in the daytime, retaining their current start time of 2pm.
The change will give Officers time to provide the Board with more in depth information on the various issues and be a better use of administrative time.
In between the Board meetings, an Extraordinary meeting may be held to discuss more pressing matters or meet with external bodies or individuals.
The next Board meeting will be held on Thursday 23 October at 2pm.
