Expressions of Interest – Provision of Property & General Services
Braddan Parish Commissioners invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are Construction Isle of Man Accredited, Government Approved (where relevant) and are interested in being considered for the provision of planned, reactive and void property maintenance and general services across a range of trades.
Braddan Parish Commissioners own and manage 181 public sector housing properties, as well as several commercial properties, other assets and open spaces within the Parish.
We are seeking expressions for the following services: –
- Gas boiler – installation, servicing/repair & warranty
- Oil boiler – installation, servicing/repair & warranty
- Groundworks
- Roofing works
- Concrete work
- Asphalt work
- Electrical installation, testing and maintenance
- Drainage works – installation, service & repair
- Woodwork, joinery, carpentry
- Plumbing and mechanical engineering
- Glazing, window & door repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering works
- Fencing
- Scaffolding
- Landscaping and gardening
- Asbestos management & removal
- Plant/gardening vehicle, repair and maintenance
- Structural engineering
- Tree maintenance
- Cleaning services (internal & external)
- Gutter cleaning
- Playground maintenance repairs
- Kitchen & bathroom replacements
- 24hr emergency repairs availability
- Vehicle removal
