Local Charity Live at Home is running a chair based exercise class on Wednesday 25 June at 10am at The Roundhouse in Braddan.
This class is part of the weekly Live at Home Social Sessions that happen each Wednesday morning between 10am and 1pm, hosted by Braddan Parish Commissioners in their brand new Community Centre.
For a donation of £3 (optional), come along and take part in the exercise class, meet some new people and perhaps see some familiar faces as well.
To book the chair based exercise class, either call 852808 to speak to one of our friendly staff, or go to our booking site and choose Events and then book the Chair Based Exercise social session.
