Domestic collections are carried out every Tuesday, except for residents of Mount Rule and the Baldwins where collections take place every Thursday.
We kindly ask all residents to put their bin out the day before collections as our contractors begin their collections early in the morning.
Please place your bin at the curtilage of your property – e.g at the end of your driveway or path (as close to the public highway as possible).
Large items can be taken to the Eastern Civic Amenity Site located at Middle Park, Braddan where they can either be disposed of or recycled. There may be a charge depending on the type of waste.
For further information please see the Eastern Civic Amenity Site website.
If you are unable to take large items to the Civic Amenity Site in person, our refuse contractor can supply a quotation for disposal. Please contact us for further information.
Assisted collections are available for elderly or disabled households, where our contractor will collect the wheelie bin and return it to it’s original position.
To apply for assisted collections, please complete the Assisted Collections Request Form and return it to us
Please contact us and our contractor will either repair or replace it depending on the damage.
Due to the weight of green waste and the space it takes up in your bin, please do not use your wheelie bin for grass cuttings, hedge clippings or other garden waste. These can be disposed of at the Eastern Civic Amenity Site.
Commercial refuse collections are carried out every Friday. We kindly ask all commercial residents to put their bin out the day before collections as our contractors begin their collections early in the morning.
