Expressions of Interest – Tenancy of Café at The Roundhouse
Braddan Parish Commissioners invite expressions of interest from companies and individuals who are interested in the tenancy of the café/eatery at the Roundhouse Community Centre at The Strang to commence as soon as possible:-
- Unique modern café in the heart of Braddan with up to 100 covers
- 7 year lease available
- Commercial kitchen and service area
- Situated in a modern, glass fronted atrium style eatery with incredible countryside views. Adjacent to a sunny patio & children’s play areas
- Centrally located with close proximity to the island’s main hospital

Opportunities available to café tenants include:
- Provide catering for corporate & community events, private parties & functions held at The Roundhouse
- Expand the facilities to include evening opening and work with our team to explore large corporate hospitality events
- Experience holding an alcohol licence would be advantageous
